NEW YEAR NEW ME FIRST STEPS


Most people think that losing weight is hard. Wrong… it’s about knowledge of what’s occurring within your body at any given time. See, the trick is making your body make itself lose weight. Here’s how I did it.

If you can wake your body up early in the morning and get your metabolism burning before 6:00 a.m. you can have an entire 12 hour cycle of burning fat. You need to sleep at a set time, such as 8:30 to 9:30 pm. every night which is crucial for weight loss. I take melatonin to help me sleep. Getting the proper rest every night also contributes to your weight loss. You can try things like Sleepy Bears Gummies at a set time every night so that you can put yourself on a sleep schedule. Just imagine if you wake up at 4:30 a.m. and you take your Trilogy Cleanse, then you immediately go down and began to do a few exercises just a warm up your heart rate. I remember this watching those shaun T insanity commercials a few years back. Once you get your body into a fat burning mode just keep it there for about 20 to 25 minutes. You only have to do about a 5 to 10 minute cool down. And there in just about 35-45 minutes in the morning you have turned on your internal metabolism furnace on high. Now add in an appetite suppressant to limit your meals. BAMN!!!! Weight loss right before your eyes.

For the rest of the day, every step that you take, every squat that you make, will be burning calories for you. Just doing this a few times a week will lead you to have a slimmer body and create a routine that you can sustain for at least 60 days.
